Odessa, Ukraine

We were blessed enough to be able to make a trip to Odessa Ukraine before coming home. It was absolutely beautiful! It was worth the 50 hour total traveling time on the train… the first train was difficult cause it was super hot and there was no air conditioning, but the second was pretty okay. We laid out at the black sea. It was so much fun! We did get really burnt though, but it was worth it. :] We went dancing and had a blast. The people were so nice! I would love to go back there one day.

I suck at coming up with titles.

Who would have ever guessed it would be so green in Moscow? I sure didn’t. It is absolutely beautiful!

Exabition Center

Our Native Coordinator took us to the exabition center. Each building represented one of the 15 countries that used to be a part of the U.S.S.R when it was still intact. It was really neat to see all of the cool buildings and fountains.

History Museum

We went to the History Museum on one of our last days in Moscow. It was way cool. They had things that went from all the way back in caveman times up until modern days. It was cool to go and see things that talked about what we learned throughout our culture classes. It was a blast :]

Lenin's Tomb

We finally went to Lenin’s Tomb. It was pretty cool. Although he just looked like a wax figure. But it was nice to see red square for one last time. It is so beautiful there! :]

Gulag Museum

One day we decided to go to the ‘Gulag’ museum. It was pretty cool, but it wasn’t what we expected. We came across some cool buildings on the way, which is always fun. It was a rainy day, but it was a pretty good day :]

Soccer game

We went to a Mockba soccer game. It was pretty intense! There were police EVERYWHERE!! We had to go through security quite a few times… which was pretty scary cause I had just bought knifes at the souvenir market! But somehow I made it through without them finding them :] it was a blast.
